*How to get to the Store
There is FREE parking for one hour on the side streets north & south of the store (on Helena & Alcina).
The closest subway is St. Clair West Station. Otherwise, you can take the Bathurst Street Bus to get here.
Bus Disruption starting April 7, 2008:
Due to construction on Bathurst St
the Bathurst St Bus will be detoured and will temporarily not pass directly in
front of the store. The subway will still get you here, but if you want to take
the bus get off at St. Clair avenue and walk down 2 blocks.

and public holidays such as Labour day, Simcoe day, but otherwise we'll be keeping regular store hours.

What do we sell?
We've got lots of great creative stuff for both adults & kids for knitting, crochet, embroidery, felting, corking, etc. We'll be able to provide you with online shopping soon, but in the meantime here's a list of some of the things we stock. And of course, all our prices are in Canadian buckaroos!
* Knitting on Commissions & Repairs?
We refer all commissions & repairs to Liane Schwarz of "Needles to Say": 416-944-3742. You can meet Liane in the shop every Monday & Tuesday.
* Charity Knitting*
You can drop off your hand knit and crochet donations at Knit-O-Matic and we'll send them to Street Knit and Afghans for Afghans. We also accept donations of yarn which are given to seniors groups who make blankets for the Hostipal for Sick Children and for Women's Shelters, through the Canadian Jewish Congress.
